I use Annex Pooch Patrol for dog walking and they take our dog, Milo, for overnight boarding for at least 10 weeks of the year. I have known Jen and Billy for two years and trust them implicitly with Milo. They are very caring, safety conscious and reliable. They have been in the position to call the vet for our dog and they did it thoughtfully, thoroughly and then advised us by email while we were away. Jen and Billy are often in touch by email during our vacation time and will send photos of the dogs playing and walking together. They are also very aware of diet, treats and behavior. They have a great sense of fun and are clear and direct when necessary.
I have recommended Annex Pooch Patrol a number of times to other dog owners and would not hesitate to do so. They are terrific.

I have known Jennifer and Billy for approximately three years, and consider myself very grateful to have met them because they have been one of the best influences on my dog, Duke. From Duke’s first walk with Annex Pooch Patrol, I felt reassured. I remember that morning, feeling like I was sending a child to their first day of school! I was nervous and hesitant, and Jennifer immediately calmed my fears. She had a group of wonderful dogs with her, and they all looked happy and like they were with their buddies 🙂 From that day forward, Duke has walked with Jennifer and Billy weekly, and has stayed for longer visits as well as overnight. My dog is my greatest love, and I would not leave him with just anyone. When Duke sees Jennifer or Billy, he runs to them, and when he comes back from his walks or his visits, it’s clear that he’s had a lot of exercise, fun, and love. Without any doubt, I can assure you that Annex Pooch Patrol provides genuine and intelligent care for each dog they work with. I would emphatically recommend them, and I would enthusiastically emphasize that not only do they care for the dogs, but they care for their human clients as well 🙂 They address any and all concerns thoroughly (i.e. if the dog hasn’t been feeling well, If the weather is too warm, they’ll shorten the walk….the list is endless.) They are excellent in communicating any of their observations or suggestions.
